We declare that all our internal procedures concerning the processing of your personal data are carried out in our company in accordance with Act no. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, and are also in full compliance with REGULATION (EU) no. 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), otherwise known as GDPR.
What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?
The website www.kamasklo.cz (Martin Karlík, ID: 04134184) mostly collects the following data:
Cookies
Our website works with basic cookies that are necessary for the operation and functioning of the website. For example, they ensure the security of the site or the navigation function. Furthermore, our website only works with cookies associated with Google Analytics, as described in the following section.
We declare that we do not use cookies for advertising and marketing purposes for us or third parties, and we do not collect any personal data about visitors to our website.
Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics. All data collected by Google Analytics is purely general, such as how visitors navigate through our website and how much time they spend in each section.
We declare that we do not collect any personal data about website visitors through Google Analytics. The IP anonymization function has been used to anonymize the data (you can read more about the principle and functioning of anonymization here).
Databases of business partners
We store data of all companies with whom we have a contractual relationship for the provision of services, or of customers who have purchased goods or services from us. All data we hold about you, such as your company’s name, registered office address, company ID number, name, surname, telephone number and email address of the contact person, are only held for the purposes of fulfilling the contractual relationship, legitimate interest related to the business activity, or for other reasons defined by law.
What are your rights?
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, as a data subject you have the right to:
Information: about the data our company processes, to what extent and for what purpose.
Correction: if you notify us of incorrect data, it is also in our interest to correct it without delay.
Erasure: everyone has the right to the erasure of data provided on the basis of consent that are no longer processed for a legitimate reason, or which have been processed in breach of the GDPR. Conversely, the controller is not entitled to erase data necessary for the performance of contractual obligations, necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal proceedings.
Restricted processing: if you contest the correctness of the data and wish to suspend the processing until we have corrected the data, or if you object to the processing.
Object: if you believe that our legitimate interest does not outweigh the right to maintain your privacy
Portability: we will provide your personal data in a structured, machine-readable form where all the conditions for ensuring portability under the General Data Protection Regulation have been met.
